First 5 California’s Deputy Director, Sara Bachez, visits Studio40 LIVE to share a new breathing technique called the Dragon Song. It’s a fun way to help kids stay calm, and teaches them how to manage their own big emotions. The Dragon Song is a lifelong skill that can be practiced from childhood to adulthood.
